Tags are one way you can make it easier for your readers to navigate your content and find what they’re really interested in when they read your blog. You can add tags (seprated by commas) while writing a post or page. To manage existing tags go to Admin Dashboard > Manage > Tags section. This section enabled you to add new tags and edit / delete existing tag.
To display tag cloud on your sidebar go to Admin Dashboard > Design > Sidebar widget . Drag and Drop ”Tagcloud” widget to your sidebar.

The drop down admin bar is generally displayed on the top of your blog. This enables you to navigate admin page easily. To manage, disable or enable yourdrop down admin bar Go to Blog Admin dashboard > Settings > Admin Bar .
To change your blog title and tag line, Go to Blog Admin DashBoard > Settings > General. The section allows you change your Blog Title, tag line, email address, timezone, dateformat, timeformat and other general settings.
You are allowed to change the blog url, but we are not responsible to save old blog url. The old url of the blog will be open to anyone new in the community. In addition, changing the blog url may impact your indexing on search engines like Google, Yahoo and others. So be 100% sure, before changing your blog url.
To change your blog URL : Go to Site Admin Dashboard > Settings > Publishing (Submenu).
By default, the Comment Moderation is enabled to control spam comments on your blog.
Anyone can comment and the comments will be moderated by the admin.
If you want to change comments settings, you have several options.
1. Allow Blogpico.com users to comment on your blog.
The user must be logged in to leave a comment. Click Settings and search for this line:
Membership: Users must be registered and logged in to comment If that box is ticked, people who are not registered here or logged in here cannot comment.
2. The Settings > Discussion page
Allow people to post comments on the article If you want all comments OFF by default, tick this.
An administrator must always approve the comment You have to allow everything if you tick this.
Comment author must have a previously approved comment Checking this instead of ‘An administrator must always approve the comment’ means that you only moderate those comments made by new people to the blog. You are trusting the comment authors.
The Comment Moderation box One use for this would be bad language. If you do not want certain words to be used, write those words in this box. All comments with those words will be held for you to check.
Another would be if someone who had been approved as a commenter begins commenting in a way you do not like.
The Comment Blacklist box This is intended to be used against spammers. Please do not use this to try to get real people marked as spammers.
Comment Moderation
Hold a comment in the queue if it contains X or more links. (A common characteristic of comment spam is a large number of hyperlinks.)
If X is zero, then EVERY SINGLE COMMENT will need moderation.
Display comment Avatars
A avatar will be displayed (if enabled), whenever a comment is posted by reader.
Default Avatar
Set the default avatar is displayed, when a comment is posted by the reader.
Blog is an abbreviated term for Weblog, a type of website usually maintained by an individual author (can be maintained by multiple authors in a team), with regular entries of comments, description of events, or other material such as graphics or video. Using a Blog an individual(called Blogger) can express his/her views or ideas, that may be personal or specifically on a niche topic ( Sports, News, Technology, Photography, Political, and any other unique/creative topic taken by blogger ).
Many blogs provide information or news on a particular niche topic; other blogs act as personal online diaries. A typical Blog entry contains text, images, videos and links to other related topics in blogs, web sites and other media related to the topic. Most blogs are primarily textual, although some focus on art (artlog), photographs (photoblog), sketches (sketchblog), videos (vlog), music (MP3 blog) & audio (podcasting). Entries displayed on a blog are commonly in reverse-chronological order.
A Blog enables it’s reader to leave comments on each individual blog post & intereact with the blogger. In this way a blogger can get the feedback from it’s visitors. A feedback helps the blogger to write something new on the related topic, as to maintain their visitors & increase their knowledge in the specific field. But In case of a personal blog it could be just for fun & enjoyment.
Blogs commonly have few things displayed on their sidebar:
1. RSS / FEED (Reader can subscribe to this feed through a reader (Google reader,Feedburner etc.)
2. Calender
3. Categories
4. Latest archives
5. BlogRoll / Links (Related sites)
You can insert many other widgets on your blog sidebar making your blog more attractive for readers / Visitors.
